Current position
Director of Education And Training
End-to-end responsibility for all educational programs: Development, delivery, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. Define, document, and standardize business processes and procedures within the department. Lead the development of all curriculum-related aspects, including new program development and program review. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure strategic and operational alignment and identify opportunities for capabilities presentations and proposals. Provide supervision and mentorship for creating material.
Director of Project Management Office North America
Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) for North America to ensure projects meet business goals and requirements. Support and advise functional leaders and project managers in the development and execution of project plans, including schedule, implementation standards, and issue management as necessary. Develop and implement PMO processes and policies. Ensure that the reporting of projects is developed and delivered in a timely manner to reflect each project’s status within the portfolio accurately. Help drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
